Booking Confirmation:
- Upon receiving your booking, we will confirm availability and send you a booking confirmation email with all details.
Cancellations and Modifications:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee based on the booking type.
- Any modifications to the booking should be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Late Arrivals:
- If you arrive later than the scheduled pickup time, we will wait for up to 15 minutes. After that, additional charges may apply.
